1. Voluntary Membership
   I affirm that I am joining this Christian Community Center of my own free will, without any force, pressure, inducement, or promise of material benefit.
2. Statement of Good Intent
   I desire to participate in community activities, worship, fellowship, and charitable programs that promote spiritual growth, unity, and service to society.
3. Respect for Beliefs
   I understand that this community is founded on Christian beliefs and values. I agree to respect the faith, worship practices, and organizational structure of the Christian community.
4. Code of Conduct
   I agree to:
   - Maintain respectful behavior toward all members
   - Avoid harassment, violence, discrimination, or disruptive actions
   - Uphold the dignity and safety of every individual
   - Follow the guidelines and policies set by the community leadership
5. Privacy & Data Use Consent
   I consent to my personal information being used solely for community administration, communication, ministry-related activities, support services, and legal compliance. My information will not be shared for any commercial purpose.
6. Membership Approval Process
   I understand that:
   - My membership request will be reviewed by the leadership
   - The leadership reserves the right to approve or decline the application without obligation to provide detailed justification
   - Membership may be suspended or terminated for violation of community rules or misuse of the organization
7. Legal Compliance
   I agree to comply with the laws of India and the policies of this organization. I acknowledge that the activities of this community are lawful and constitutionally protected under the rights to freedom of religion and peaceful assembly.
8. Media / Photography Consent
   I agree that my photos or videos taken during community events may be used in community media, subject to privacy and ethical guidelines.
9. Liability Clause
   I understand that the community will not be liable for personal loss, injury, or incidents beyond reasonable control and due care.
10. Agreement to Updates
    I acknowledge that these Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically, and continued membership implies acceptance of such updates.

(कम्युनिटी सेंटर) – सदस्यता नियम एवं शर्तें

1. स्वेच्छा से सदस्यता
   मैं प्रमाणित करता/करती हूँ कि मैं इस क्रिश्चियन कम्युनिटी सेंटर का सदस्य/सदस्या अपनी इच्छा से बन रहा/रही हूँ। मेरे ऊपर किसी प्रकार का दबाव, प्रलोभन या लाभ का कोई वादा नहीं किया गया है।
2. सद्भावना का कथन
   मैं समुदाय की गतिविधियों, उपासना, सहभागिता और सामाजिक/धार्मिक सेवाओं में भाग लेकर आध्यात्मिक विकास, एकता और समाज की भलाई में योगदान देना चाहता/चाहती हूँ।
3. विश्वास का सम्मान
   मैं समझता/समझती हूँ कि यह समुदाय क्रिश्चियन विश्वास, मूल्यों और रीति-रिवाजों पर आधारित है। मैं इनका सम्मान करूँगा/करूँगी और समुदाय की संरचना एवं प्रणालियों का आदर करूँगा/करूँगी।
4. आचार संहिता
   मैं निम्नलिखित का पालन करने के लिए सहमत हूँ:
   - सभी सदस्यों के प्रति सम्मानपूर्ण व्यवहार रखना
   - किसी भी प्रकार का उत्पीड़न, हिंसा, भेदभाव या अवांछित व्यवधान न करना
   - प्रत्येक व्यक्ति की गरिमा और सुरक्षा का ध्यान रखना
   - समुदाय नेतृत्व द्वारा बनाए गए नियमों/दिशानिर्देशों का पालन करना
5. गोपनीयता एवं डाटा उपयोग की सहमति
   मैं सहमति देता/देती हूँ कि मेरी व्यक्तिगत जानकारी केवल समुदाय के प्रशासन, संपर्क, सेवाकार्य, सहायता और वैध आवश्यकताओं के लिए उपयोग की जाएगी। मेरी जानकारी का किसी भी व्यावसायिक उद्देश्य के लिए उपयोग नहीं किया जाएगा।
6. अनुमोदन प्रक्रिया
   मैं समझता/समझती हूँ कि:
   - मेरी सदस्यता का अनुरोध जाँच और विचार के बाद स्वीकृत या अस्वीकृत किया जा सकता है
   - समुदाय नेतृत्व को स्वीकृति या अस्वीकृति का पूर्ण अधिकार है
   - नियमों के उल्लंघन या संस्था के दुरुपयोग पर सदस्यता निलंबित या समाप्त की जा सकती है
7. विधिक अनुपालन
   मैं भारत के कानूनों तथा इस संस्था के नियमों व नीतियों का पालन करूँगा/करूँगी। मैं स्वीकार करता/करती हूँ कि यह संस्था धार्मिक स्वतंत्रता एवं शांतिपूर्ण सभा के संवैधानिक अधिकारों के अंतर्गत कार्य करती है।
8. मीडिया / फोटो सहमति
   मैं सहमत हूँ कि कार्यक्रमों के दौरान ली गई मेरी तस्वीरों/वीडियो का उपयोग समुदाय के मीडिया में, गोपनीयता और नैतिक दिशानिर्देशों का पालन करते हुए, किया जा सकता है।
9. दायित्व सीमा
   मैं समझता/समझती हूँ कि उचित देखभाल के बावजूद अप्रत्याशित घटनाओं, नुकसान या चोट के लिए समुदाय उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा।
10. संशोधन की सहमति
    मैं समझता/समझती हूँ कि समय-समय पर नियम एवं शर्तों में संशोधन हो सकते हैं, और सदस्यता जारी रखने पर मैं उन संशोधनों को स्वीकार करता/करती हूँ।
